Frame & Thread is an artwork situated along the nature trail in Merihelmi area by the sea. It consists of large wooden frames and coloured thread arranged among the trees. The work entices us to look upwards, where one can feel and see the air moving in the branches. It creates a place in the forest where people can stay to experience the place and calm down.
Externally, the artwork is like a room made of very delicate materials. The materials of the artwork, as the name implies, are frame and thread, and the resulting shapes of these materials are delicate, linear shapes, blending in the environment.
